This unique opportunity provides hands-on experience in financial operations while studying towards a recognised qualification. Ideal candidates should have A-levels or equivalent qualifications, a commitment to learning, and live within commutable distance of the Birmingham office.

The programme starts on Monday, 21st September 2026 for a firm-wide induction (you’ll need to be able to attend).

Over four years, you’ll develop management and commercial skills while studying towards a recognised qualification (ACA or CISI). You’ll be supported by experienced mentors and guided to balance your work, studies and wellbeing.

Salary for these roles is £25300 for Birmingham and £27000 for London.
