The Role

Woolston Brook is a small, specialist school for children and young people aged 7-16 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs.

The school provides an inclusive environment where all learners are cared for, valued and respected.

Woolston Brook School is seeking to appoint 2 Classroom Teaching Assistants on a 1 year fixed term basis to join our wonderful team.

Scope Of the Job
  • To work under the guidance of the Assistant Headteacher
  • To implement agreed programmes of work with individuals, in or out of the classroom.
  • Subject to agreement of arrangements, staff may also supervise whole classes occasionally in the short-term absence of teachers, with a primary focus of maintaining good order and keeping learners on task.
