Job Summary

0.40 PERMANENT Music Position at St. Peter's Primary, Mount Pearl. Duties to commence September 2, 2025.

As the successful candidate, you are committed to furthering the goals for student success in an inclusive, safe and caring environment. You subscribe to a "students first" philosophy in your practice and believe that collaboration is key for your growth as an educator.

As a teacher, your work will be guided by the application of the 7 Determinants of the School Development Model which are: Wellness and Positive Relationships; Optimal Learning Environments; Instructional Practice; Assessment Practices; Collective Efficacy; Evidence-based Decision Making, and Teachers as Learners.

Annual Teacher Salary Scale contained within the NLTA Provincial Collective Agreement and benefits contained within the agreement.

Applicants without the required qualifications may be considered in accordance with Clause 37.01 (d) of the provincial collective agreement.
