Launch your career as a Management Trainee for our Site Managements

Nünchritz (Saxony) and Burghausen (Bavaria) starting in October 2025.

Our 18-month management trainee program will introduce you to various departments and opportunities for development and integrate you into our day-to-day business.

Your Responsibilities

• Design and implement automation and digitalization concepts using the latest technologies such as AI and digital twins.
• Support for energy-transformation projects, taking cost-effectiveness into account
• Project planning for new energy and media supply systems worldwide
• Gather market intelligence and standardize technologies
• Collaborate with internal IT interfaces in innovative areas
• Advise internal clients and coordinate requirements
• Technical support for, and optimization of, electrotechnical infrastructural system components
  
  

Your Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or natural sciences (especially energy and process engineering)
• International experience (study abroad, etc.) preferred
• Extremely interested in everything about engineering and IT, together with a willingness to work on novel issues
• A passion for networking and a love of interdisciplinary teamwork
• A talent for communication and an outstanding ability to apply your expertise to the search for sustainable solutions
• Business fluency in German and English (level C1)
• Ability to relocate for domestic and international project assignments
