A multinational corporation in Berlin is seeking a team assistant responsible for cross-border tasks, office organization, and support activities. The ideal candidate will have initial experience in office management and be fluent in German and English. The position offers a gross annual salary between €31,000 and €34,000, along with flexible working options and a range of employee benefits.

Responsabilidades

  • Responsible for cross-border assistance tasks and general office organization.
  • Plan and coordinate meetings, workshops, and team events.
  • Maintain and update databases, assist in preparing reports and presentations.
  • Organize, coordinate, and support knowledge management activities.
  • Manage travel expense reimbursements and ordering materials.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

For our unit Customs EMEA, we are looking for you as a team assistant!

  • You are responsible for cross-border assistance tasks as well as general office organization, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
  • You plan and coordinate meetings, workshops, and team events.
  • You maintain and update databases and support in the preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Furthermore, you are responsible for organizing, coordinating, and supporting knowledge management activities.
  • Additionally, you take care of general office organization and management, such as travel expense reimbursement or ordering various materials.

  • Gross annual salary (full-time): 31.000 € - 34.000 €, depending on qualifications and professional experience. In addition, you can expect a bonus dependent on the company's success as well as individual performance
