The Opportunity

We’re hiring a European Business Development Manager to join our global Sales team. The person in this role is a key contributor to driving growth across the EU market by managing existing customer relationships and expanding our customer base. You’ll collaborate with Applications Engineers to deliver technical solutions and ensure project success, and be part of a team that values problem-solving, relationships, and practical results.

What You’ll Do

Key responsibilities may include:

  • Manage and grow customer relationships at all levels through regular on-site visits.
  • Develop and deliver an annual sales budget and meet growth targets.
  • Lead and support an Applications Engineer during the sales cycle.
  • Work with customers on specifications and performance requirements for vehicles and sub-systems.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across the EU.
  • Coordinate with engineering and program management to prepare quotes and track project progress.
What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • A Bachelor’s degree (Engineering preferred) or equivalent technical experience.
  • At least five (5) years of manufacturing sales experience across multiple markets.
  • Knowledge of mobile equipment, braking systems, or chassis components.
  • Proven relationship-building and sales skills.
  • Ability to travel 25%–30% within the EU.
