Overview

Junior Business Development Associate (m/w/d) at GOESMANN DIGITAL CONSULTING GmbH (GDC). The role focuses on identifying potential clients, building initial relationships, and laying the groundwork for successful partnerships. You will work in a dynamic environment with opportunities to develop in sales, whether you are an experienced sales professional or a motivated career changer.

Responsibilities
  • Research and proactively identify suitable target customers in the German Mittelstand who can benefit from our digital solutions.
  • Initiate first contact with potential customers by phone and email to generate interest in GDC and our services.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for potential analyses and strategy discussions with our Senior Consultants and the management team.
  • Maintain thorough records of all sales activities and customer data in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Consulting teams to optimize sales strategies and sharpen our messaging.
  • Develop professionally with our support and take on more responsibility in the sales process as you gain experience.
Qualifications
