Founded in Norway, we’re active in 15+ countries across Europe, Australia, North America, and South America.

What You'll Do
  • Build and optimize the full funnel, from awareness to conversion, tailored to your market.
  • Design media mix strategies, focusing on Meta, Google, and email marketing.
  • Leverage creative strategies to ensure high-performing campaigns, especially on Meta.
  • Identify and launch new marketing channels when relevant.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution across paid and organic channels.
  • Analyze and optimize performance metrics such as ROAS, CAC, and revenue growth.
  • Make small website adjustments to improve user experience and campaign outcomes.
  • Partner with global experts for Google, Meta, creative, and cross-channel strategies.
  • Localize global best practices while customizing for your market's unique needs.
  • Streamline operational tasks by leveraging automation tools and outsourcing.
  • Manage external resources for tasks like ad uploads, translations, and reporting.
What You Bring
  • Proven experience managing performance marketing campaigns, with a strong track record of driving significant results.
  • Understanding of what a marketing funnel needs to look like and how to nurture users down the funnel.
  • Strong knowledge of paid social and paid search advertising, including creative strategy, keyword research, bid management, and ad copy optimization.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Passion for staying ahead of the curve, constantly seeking new opportunities and strategies to optimize performance.
