Given our strong growth (40% per year on average) and our ambitions, we are expanding our workforce to Germany (Munich) alongside our existing teams in France, Spain, and Switzerland.
Your role
Your main mission will be to help sales grow our business in Germany using a variety of marketing tactics including digital campaigns, social media and events, supported by the global marketing teams. You will report to the Country Manager, working closely with them to align marketing and contribute to pipeline growth. You will build a local strategy and roadmap that will best serve our goals.
Responsibilities
- Marketing campaigns: Build and manage budget; plan integrated campaigns throughout the fiscal year; build buyer journeys with efficient tactics; create or outsource content, including SEO-optimised content; drive, adjust and analyse campaigns; report on performance and results; collaborate with sales on lead scoring.
- Web and content: Work with global teams to manage local content on our website and marketing assets.
- Communication: Collaborate with the global communication team to build and execute the local social media strategy; identify events to attend and organise Lucca’s presence with the global team.
- Testing, iterating, learning and reporting: share analysis and recommendations to accelerate learning with internal Lucca teams and stakeholders.

- Volume and quality of leads generated and nurtured for the sales team
- Local KPI benchmarks set and tracked
- Improvement of brand awareness and preference in the German market
Ideal profile
- Native German and fluent in English
- 5-7 years of experience in SaaS or HRIS in Germany with a marketing track record
- Entrepreneurial mindset; experience opening the German market for a foreign company is a plus
- Curious, results-oriented, with a willingness to learn and take on big challenges
- Strong operational spirit and hands-on approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English
- Adaptable team-player, comfortable collaborating across cultures
