Overview
Junior Business Development Associate (m/w/d) at GOESMANN DIGITAL CONSULTING GmbH (GDC). The role focuses on identifying potential clients, building initial relationships, and laying the groundwork for successful partnerships. Responsibilities
- Research and proactively identify suitable target customers in the German Mittelstand who can benefit from our digital solutions.
- Initiate first contact with potential customers by phone and email to generate interest in GDC and our services.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for potential analyses and strategy discussions with our Senior Consultants and the management team.
- Maintain thorough records of all sales activities and customer data in the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Consulting teams to optimize sales strategies and sharpen our messaging.
- Develop professionally with our support and take on more responsibility in the sales process as you gain experience.
Qualifications
- Strong motivation to succeed in sales and drive results.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to engage and explain complex topics.
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.
- High willingness to learn, initiative, and interest in digital products and sales strategies.
- Structured, independent work style and team spirit.
- Ideally a degree or training in business, marketing, communication, or a comparable qualification; open to career changers with determination.
- A passion for sales with modern digital tools and innovative products.
