As our Field Marketing Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our demand and field marketing in Germany, Austria and Switzerland becomes best in class. You will support all our field marketing efforts aimed at raising awareness amongst our German-speaking target audiences and markets, generating pipeline and revenue opportunities for our commercial teams.

What you’ll do
  • Plan, execute, and optimize integrated multi-channel programs and campaigns to new and existing customers, with a focus on attracting and engaging new business prospects, nurturing leads, and optimizing conversion pathways
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales leaders whilst using a data driven and collaborative mindset to develop strategy and take a performance-based approach
  • Work closely with other marketing functions and resources (e.g. digital, content, creative) to ensure the alignment of all field marketing activities including ownership of campaign calendars
  • Ensure Business Development Representative (BDR) team alignment for all demand campaigns (inbound and outbound) including lead management
  • Establish, maintain, and optimize scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaigns and lead management, including tracking lead lifecycle and conversion rates throughout the pipeline
  • Responsibility for KPI reporting and performance analysis to track target achievement and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Agency, supplier and budget management
  • Ensure full utilization of the company’s Martech stack
What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management, or equivalent experience in a SaaS environment
  • 2+ years’ experience coordinating and executing global demand generation campaigns, including copywriting, channel strategy, advertising, email marketing, webinar production, and more
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Have a strong understanding of Field marketing and demand generation programs and a proven track record of owning campaigns, generating high quality leads, and driving pipeline growth
  • Demonstrated experience creating and executing successful B2B integrated demand generation campaigns
  • Exposure to working closely with sales leaders, sales teams, and BDRs to drive leads (direct and indirect channels)
  • Experience developing and implementing lead generation and nurturing strategies including segmentation, targeting and personalized communication
  • Excellent analytical skills and data-driven thinking with a keen focus on metrics, measurement and optimization
  • Ability to work effectively in a distributed team / matrixed environment
  • Knowledge of marketing technologies such as Salesforce, Marketo, social platforms such as LinkedIn, and Microsoft Office
  • Experience in negotiating with and managing suppliers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to see the big picture view of our marketing strategy
