Job Purpose: The Head of Supply Chain oversees procurement, logistics, inventory management, and import/export control, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role focuses on optimizing operations, reducing costs, and aligning supply chain strategies with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a supply chain strategy aligned with business goals.
- Identify risks and opportunities, implementing strategies to mitigate and capitalize on them.
- Ensure alignment between supply chain activities and company objectives.
- Build and maintain a strong supplier network to optimize cost, quality, and delivery.
- Negotiate favorable contracts and monitor supplier performance.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives and sourcing strategies.
- Develop an efficient logistics strategy for timely delivery of goods.
- Manage transportation, warehousing, and inventory levels to minimize costs and prevent shortages.
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations.

Qualifications & Experience:
