Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Indirect Procurement Coordinator to manage the procurement activities for non-product related goods and services. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the procurement team, maintaining relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely order fulfillment, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and optimal pricing for indirect goods and services.
  • Procurement Support: Assist in the procurement process for indirect goods and services, including sourcing, obtaining quotations, and issuing purchase orders.
  • Vendor Coordination: Liaise with vendors to track order status, resolve issues, and ensure that delivery deadlines are met.
  • Invoice and Order Management: Review and process invoices related to indirect procurement, ensuring compliance with contract terms and accurate record-keeping.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations, and prepare regular procurement reports for management.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously review and recommend improvements to procurement processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • experience in procurement, preferably in indirect procurement.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and supplier management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; knowledge of procurement software is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Stakeholder management: Experience working with cross-functional teams, especially in a matrixed environment.
