- Provide advice and recommendations.
- Participate in establishing and implementing a standardised governance framework.
- Collect and consolidate project data.
- Perform contract management capacity development.
- Participate in benchmarking and implement best practices.
- Implement and maintain sound stakeholder relationships.
- Manage and resolve contract disputes, adjudications, arbitration and legal proceedings.

- B Degree/BTech/National Higher Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Finance/Accounting/Law/Commerce at NQF7 with 360 credits.
- 5 years. Contract management with emphasis on claims, compensation, events, variations and disputes under International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC) and New Engineering Contract (NEC) standard form contracts and commercial negotiations. Extensive multidisciplinary contract and project management experience.
