Assistant Food & Beverage Manager 4-Star Luxury Hotel - Foreshore, Cape Town

Join a dynamic team at a prestigious 4-star luxury property in the heart of Foreshore, Cape Town. We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to help deliver exceptional guest service and support daily operations across our F&B outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the F&B Manager in overseeing restaurant, bar, and banquet operations

Lead, train, and motivate the service team to uphold high service standards

Maintain cost control, stock management, and supplier relations

Ensure guest satisfaction and handle feedback professionally

Collaborate with kitchen and events teams for smooth service delivery

Key Requirements:

3+ years’ experience in a similar F&B leadership role

Strong background in 4/5-star hotel or luxury restaurant environments

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Sound knowledge of F&B operations, stock control, and POS systems

Ability to work under pressure and lead by example

Hospitality qualification advantageous
