Eskom Distribution is looking for an Officer Key Customer Relations x1 Task Grade: T12; Area of specialization: To provide technical, administrative support to key customer executives regarding electricity related products and services which are tailored for customer specific requirements; Department: Retail; Business Unit: Gauteng Cluster; Location: Sunninghill;

• Behavioural: Trustworthy, Honest, Integrity, Professional
• Leadership: Team player, motivating teams, Coaching, Mentoring, Developing
• Knowledge: Tariffs, Forecasting, Customer relations
• Skills: Customer Literacy, Interpersonal, Forecasting, Analytical and Communication

• Provide advice and technical support.
• Provide administration and information systems support.
• Provide one stop customer service.
• Facilitate credit revenue and management processes

• National Diploma/National N Diploma in Engineering/Finance/Commerce/Business Management at NQF6 with 240 credits

• 3 years related experience in dealing with customers in the fields of engineering, technology, finance, or other related disciplines.
