Introduction

Position/Task Grade: EEE-BANDDepartment: Human ResourceBusiness Unit: Distribution Head OfficeReporting to the General Manager: Human Capital Management Distribution, the Senior Manager Organisational Culture and Performance will be responsible to lead and manage the development, execution and continuous improvement of strategies related to organisational culture, employee performance, organisational design and employee engagement, foster a value based, high-performance environment supporting transformation and optimise employee experience across all business areas, especially within the divisional value chain, including manage change, align structures, drive culture transformation and embed effective performance systems in compliance with public sector governanceframeworks.

Experience
