Technology Transformation Sr. Associate – NetSuite

As a NetSuite Sr. Associate, you’ll perform advisory and implementation services to address business needs throughout client organizations for the Technology Transformation Practice – all with the resources, environment, and support to help you excel. From day one, you’ll be empowered by the greater Transformation team to help clients make the moves that will help them achieve their vision and help you achieve more, confidently.

You have the following responsibilities:

• Assist in full life cycle implementations including planning, design, and build phases
• Document business requirements, system design and transformational goals
• Configure applications and conduct iterative unit testing
• Create training materials and quick reference guides to support user adoption
• Conduct training classes to prepare end users for deployment
• Provide post-production support
• Participate in full life cycle implementations
• Assist in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures
• Identify business opportunities to increase usability and profitability of information architecture
• Meet or exceed targeted billing hours (utilization)
• Assist practice leadership in creating proposals, budgets, and work plans. Participate in other business development activities as appropriate
• Interview campus and/or experienced candidates
• Other duties as assigned
• The base salary range for this position in the firm\'s Islin, NJ, Minneapolis, WI and Hartford, CT offices is between $104,000 and $156,000

• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, HR, Supply Chain, Information Technology, MIS, or related field required; Master’s degree is a plus
• Minimum 2 years of related work experience in a similar consulting practice or function servicing cross-industry clients at a national level
• Minimum of 2 full lifecycle implementations of NetSuite
• Industry recognized professional certification required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of software development lifecycles, key metrics, and reports
• Experience with application integration & back-end data connectivity applications
• Experience installing/configuring/implementing NetSuite applications
• Proven ability delivering complex and time sensitive projects
• Strong leadership skills, able to conduct meetings and write technically oriented documents
• Able to work with clients to understand current state processes and define future state processes based on business objectives
• Can travel as needed. Expected travel is up to 40%
• Consistent with the firm\'s hybrid work model, this position will require in-person attendance at least two day per week, either at a GT office of client site
