Overview

Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Program Manager Non Tech 2 to join their team. As a Program Manager Non Tech 2, you will be part of the support team, contributing to readiness activities and supporting around 800 engineers globally. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Program Manager Non Tech 2

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $45/hr - $50/hr

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
  • Participate in supportability planning and readiness activities, including telemetry and stakeholder communication.
  • Develop new processes and improve efficiency through automation and optimization.
  • Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for business insights.
  • Build and manage SharePoint sites and lead workshops for training and development.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of program management experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience with Power Platform Development, including Power Apps and Power BI.
  • Experience with ADO and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
