The Field Engineer has a degree in Engineering or Construction Management. He/she will be required to undertake a variety of construction disciplines such as Safety, Estimating, Project Management and Operations. The Field Engineer will be given responsibility and decision making authority. He / she will not be required to perform manual labor in this position but instead will be required to manage actively and independently those who do.

Responsibilities
  • Support field operations by coordinating safety, estimating, project management and operations activities.
  • Hold responsibility and decision-making authority related to assigned tasks.
  • Manage others in the field, actively and independently, without performing manual labor as part of this role.
Qualifications
  • 2+ Years experience in construction field management
  • Technology proficient, with the ability to adapt to new innovations and processes
  • Knowledge and efficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Requires broad theoretical job knowledge typically obtained through advanced education
  • Bachelor’s Degree – Construction Management, Engineering, or similar or 8 years of equivalent experience
