A PMO lead specializing in Genesys technologies and Agile Delivery requires a unique blend of strategic leadership, deep contact center expertise, and hands-on experience in Agile practices. The ideal candidate must not only oversee project governance but also actively coach and mentor project teams to maximize the value delivered by Genesys solutions.
