- Disinfect extraction sites before sample collection.
- Gather patient information and verify identities.

- Obtain vitals, draw blood, urine, EKGs, and medical history.
- Travel to the patient\'s location for appointments.
- Paid per appointment/event; not hourly or salary-paid.
- Bi-Weekly pay.
- Some travel expenses are covered depending on appointment location.
- Travel to specified locations to obtain samples as required.
- Disinfect extraction sites using alcohol swabs.
- Gather mandatory information from patients and verify their identities.
- Obtain vitals, blood, urine, EKGs, and medical history.
- Accurately label all samples.
- Maintain accurate patient records, detailing any medical issues during venipuncture that may affect test results.
- Proven experienced phlebotomist.
- Valid driver\'s license.
- Valid Auto Insurance.
- Excellent customer service & communication skills.
- Knowledge of HIPAA/PHI law.
- Detail-oriented with sound organizational skills.
- Professional, responsible self-starter with attention to detail and good penmanship.
- Reliable transportation.
- Computer proficient with internet access and ability to print/scan/upload documents.
