Job Details

• Obtain vitals, draw blood, urine, EKGs, and medical history.
• Travel to the patient\'s location for appointments.
• Paid per appointment/event; not hourly or salary-paid.
• Bi-Weekly pay.
• Some travel expenses are covered depending on appointment location.

Responsibilities

• Travel to specified locations to obtain samples as required.
• Disinfect extraction sites using alcohol swabs.
• Gather mandatory information from patients and verify their identities.
• Obtain vitals, blood, urine, EKGs, and medical history.
• Accurately label all samples.
• Maintain accurate patient records, detailing any medical issues during venipuncture that may affect test results.

Minimum Requirements

• Proven experienced phlebotomist.
• Valid driver\'s license.
• Valid Auto Insurance.
• Excellent customer service & communication skills.
• Knowledge of HIPAA/PHI law.
• Detail-oriented with sound organizational skills.
• Professional, responsible self-starter with attention to detail and good penmanship.
• Reliable transportation.
• Computer proficient with internet access and ability to print/scan/upload documents.
