Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of customer service and licensed representatives; including coaching, 1:1 meetings, mentoring, and encouraging.
  • Track attendance for representatives including approving and recording paid time off, recording unexcused absences and tardiness, and adjusting break/lunch schedule change requests.
  • Assist with the handling of BBB, DOI, and social media complaints and communicate the results to the requesting party.
  • Manage complex issues that the team cannot resolve, which may include interacting with policy holders.
  • Work in tandem with the Performance Coach to monitor reps’ performance using productivity metrics.
  • Work in tandem with trainers to ensure the team stays up to date on all processes and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45,000.00 - $51,000.00/yr.
