• 5+ years of experience with Kubernetes platforms such as Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• A desire to automate processes and participate in on-call rotations.

What\'s the Job?

• Provide hands-on support for existing environments, including software installation, upgrades, and system monitoring.
• Collaborate with client services to understand customer needs and ensure seamless integration of our solutions.
• Implement tools and automation for build, configuration management, and application monitoring.
• Participate in all Production Support activities during incidents and outages, resolving technical issues effectively.
• Engage in capacity planning and tuning systems stability to support application infrastructure.

What\'s Needed?

• Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Cloud technologies (Azure or AWS).
• 5+ years of experience with Kubernetes platforms such as Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Knowledge of API Management Platforms like Apigee.
• A desire to automate processes and participate in on-call rotations.
