As an Appian Architect, you will make an impact by designing and delivering scalable BPM solutions using Appian BPM. You will be a valued member of the Digital Engineering team and work collaboratively with client technical teams, business stakeholders, and internal development teams.

• Provide architecture and high-level design for BPM solutions using Appian BPM.
• Identify frameworks, reusable components, and design patterns to ensure reliable and scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with client technical teams to finalize architecture and understand business requirements.
• Develop workflows, integration components, and Web APIs using Appian BPM.
• Support production deployment, defect fixing, and provide deployment documentation.

• Appian L1/L2 Certification.
• Strong experience in designing BPM solutions using Appian BPM.
• Ability to identify and implement reusable components and design patterns.
• Experience in developing Appian workflows, CDTs, SAIL scripts, task reports, records, and sites.
• Proficiency in integrating Appian workflows with APIs and services.

• Experience in creating high-level design and architecture documents.
• Strong collaboration skills with client technical teams.
• Ability to support production deployments and defect resolution.
• Familiarity with deployment documentation and best practices.
• Deep understanding of Appian BPM components and integration techniques.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $180,000 - $212,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
