A client is seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Scrum Master/Project Manager to join their team and sit remotely with LATAM. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agile methodologies, project management, and technical expertise in software development or IT. This role will be responsible for guiding and coaching our agile teams, managing projects from inception to completion, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products.

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach and mentor agile teams to ensure adherence to agile principles and practices.
• Remove impediments and obstacles that hinder team productivity.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
• Monitor and improve team dynamics and performance.

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives and deadlines are met.
• Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Ensure alignment of project goals with business objectives.

• Collaborate with development teams to understand technical challenges and provide guidance.
• Participate in technical discussions and provide insights on architecture and design.
• Ensure the implementation of best practices in software development and IT.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or in a similar role.
• Strong technical background with experience in software development, IT, or related fields.
• Excellent understanding of agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering successful outcomes.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to navigate and resolve conflicts within teams.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
