What You’ll Do
  • Coordinate data aggregation and curate complex reports using various business intelligence and reporting applications.
  • Perform ad-hoc strategic review of structured and unstructured data reflecting global real estate markets and the operations of real estate assets.
  • Statistics, product outcomes, large data, real estate outcomes.
  • Develop data structures and pipelines to organize, collect, cleanse, and standardize information to generate insights and address reporting needs.
  • Define complex data requirements and gather information using judgment and statistical tests.
  • Use programming and evaluation tools, including open-source programs to plan models and extract insights.
  • Identify opportunities to maximize data usage and apply modeling and optimization methods to develop new strategies and improve business performance.
  • Develop ad-hoc reporting based on the review of existing data sources.
  • Exhibit rigor, judgment, and the ability to present a detailed data story to many levels of the organization.
  • Confirm the quality and integrity of new and existing data sources.
  • Collaborate with the agile development team to provide recommendations and communications on enhancing existing or new processes and programs.
  • Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish tasks and solve routine problems.
  • Have a broad knowledge of one’s own job discipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
  • Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team by working within guidelines and policies.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values; may help reach an agreement.
  • Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.

What You’ll Need
  • Bachelor\'s Degree preferred with 3-7 years of relevant experience. A combination of experience and education will be considered in lieu of a degree. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma (LSS).
  • Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
  • Ability to understand possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Sr Data Analyst position is $73,500.00 annually and the maximum salary for the Sr Data Analyst position is $110,000.00 annually. The compensation offered will depend on the candidate\'s skills, qualifications, and experience.
