You will join Danone IT & Data as a Travel & Expenses Squad Product Owner and you will focus primarily on:

• Continuous Improvement: Actively seeking feedback from Global / Extension PO and team members to identify areas for improvement
• Acceptance Criteria Definition: Providing clear guidelines for when a requirement is considered complete and ready for release
• Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating risks that may impact the success of the Squad
• Aligning with Global / Extension PO on the product vision and strategy
• Plan and Review: Planning the work to be done with the squad members and demonstrate the completed work to stakeholders
• Backlog Management: Maintaining and prioritizing the Squad backlog within the allocated scope
• Requirement Gathering and Refinement: Working closely with Global / Extension Product Owner to gather and refine requirements
• Release Planning and Road-mapping: Collaborating with the squad members and Global / Extension Product Owner to plan and prioritize releases

We expect you to have:

• Ability to communicate IT concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Fluent English is a must
