VIE CSR & Sustainability Specialist

At Colas Poland, we are dedicated to leading the way in sustainable road and infrastructure development.
As the VIE CSR & Sustainability Specialist, your mission will be to prepare and monitor our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) roadmap in Poland.

What will you do?

• Assist in the preparation of the ESG strategy proposal.
• Develop the annual ESG Roadmap proposal.
• Monitor the execution of the ESG Roadmap.
• Contribute to ESG reporting efforts.
• Track sustainable legislation at both the European and Polish levels to ensure compliance.
• Participate in initiatives to meet sustainable development requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to promote sustainable development.
• Raise awareness of sustainability and CSR initiatives within the company.
• Organize CSR events and campaigns targeting internal and external audiences.
• Analyze the market to generate new ideas for CSR activities at Colas Poland.
• Work with other departments to implement specific CSR and ESG actions.

Who are we looking for?

• Education in CSR, environmental protection, engineering, or construction.
• Familiarity with sustainable development, ESG, and environmental protection topics.
• Passionate about environment and climate protection.
• Strong organizational skills and goal-oriented mindset.
• Easy-going and open-minded, with a willingness to propose various solutions and promotional campaigns.
• Proficiency in using social media tools.
• Polish language is nice to have.
• Willingness to travel across Poland.

The position is based either in Warsaw or Poznań.
