PG Production Team Lead

- Enforce BSP and the safety culture.
- Promote quality awareness.
- Operational control of Rusayl-Oman PG industrial gases production, maintenance, and Quality Assurance activities.
- Ensure all EH&S training requirements for personnel, equipment, plant performance, and procedures are met to deliver products that meet customer expectations and comply with standards.
- Control costs within budget levels.
- Prepare statistics to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of systems and expenditures.
- Forecast, plan, and coordinate the supply of products, control stock, and maximize equipment utilization.
- Control product losses.
- Maintain stock for all items: industrial gases, UHPs, regulators, and raw materials such as Helium, Argon, Nitrogen, and CO2.
- Raise requisitions for related items to the industrial gas depot.
