TheGuest Services Assistant plays a crucial role on Our Hotel Team as they are often the primary point of contact for guests from start to finish. As a Guest Service Assistant, your focus will be on providing outstanding customer service with a friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient approach. Your goal will be to create unforgettable experiences for our guests by ensuring their needs are met and they have a memorable stay at our hotel.

When working as aGuest Services Assistant, you will be the person in charge for the guest journey during our guest’s stay.

You will also;

• Your role will be to deliver fantastic service to all the guests in the food and beverage department.
• You will be required to work various shifts and undertake tasks to prepare the department for service.
• Serve all guests by providing the Brand Service experience and displaying the appropriate service behaviours.
• Ensure that you follow all hotel policies and procedures regarding Fire safety and General health and safety.
• Cash handling, data security and PCI compliance.
