- Salary: £37,500 – £42,000 (rising by £1,000 at 6 & 12 months)
- Bonus: Up to 10% performance-related pay
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm — no weekends or bank holidays
- Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays (option to buy 5 extra)
