**Purpose of the role:**The Territory Manager will provide M.E.D. Surgical customers with support in the sale and distribution of Operating Room products such as Laparoscopic, Cardiac, Vascular and Uro/Gynae devices to Clinicians in theEast Midlands of England.The territory will cover regions including (but not limited to): Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire, Leicestershire, Norfolk and Suffolk.This is a great opportunity to work for a rapidly growing company and we are seeking someone who is eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment.**Key Duties and Responsibilities**This Job Profile is not an exhaustive list of duties for the position holder. It does, however, provide an indication of the main duties and responsibilities of the position.* This is a sales role and involves presenting, demonstrating and developing new business. Working on your own initiative to see opportunities and convert them to sales is essential.* Provide Clinical Support to Customers in the area of Laparoscopic/Cardiovascular/Thoracic & Uro/Gynae instrumentation and consumable products.* Develop relationships with key customers into lasting business partnerships* Achievement of sales plans on a quarterly and annual basis* Assist customers with clinical, technical and commercial enquires.* Business planning and implementation throughout area of responsibility. Development of new business opportunities and determination of new client and market potential* Systematic collection, presentation and interpretation of market and competitor information* Provide feedback on customers, promotional programs and environmental changes and provide ideas to improve product and company performance in the market place* Implementation of new product launches and other corporate activities within area of responsibility* Attendance at relevant conferences and meetings* Employees are responsible for their continuous professional and personal self-development.The successful candidate will be required to update their knowledge and skills to fit the changing requirements of the role.
