Job summary
A leading financing solutions provider is searching for a motivated Sales Development Representative (Outbound) to join their remote sales team. In this role, you will generate leads through high-volume calling, engage prospects via various channels, and contribute to sales growth. Ideal candidates will have outbound sales experience, a hunter mentality, and excellent communication skills. This position offers a competitive pay of $20 per hour plus commission with an OTE of $110k.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in outbound sales.
- Experience making over 500 outbound calls per day.
- Proven track record in outbound sales and lead generation.

We are on the hunt for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (Outbound) to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in generating leads, reaching out to potential clients, and contributing to our sales growth.
- Generate new sales leads through high-volume outbound calling efforts
- Conduct prospecting activities to identify and qualify potential customers through various sources
- Maintain a robust pipeline of leads using effective lead generation techniques
- Engage with prospects via cold calls, email campaigns, social media outreach, and other channels
- Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to convert them into sales opportunities
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop tailored solutions and proposals for clients
- Track sales metrics and KPIs to monitor progress and performance
- Stay informed on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities
- Provide management with feedback on market trends and customer insights
- Represent the company at industry events and networking functions as needed
Compensation: $20 per hour + commission / 110k OTE
- Minimum of 1 year experience in outbound sales or related role
- Experience making 500+ outbound calls per day
- Proven track record in outbound sales, lead generation, and business development
- Possess a strong hunter mentality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence prospects
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a focus on results
- Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools (e.g., Hubspot, Pipedrive, Zoominfo)
- Knowledge of e-commerce market trends and customer needs
