Private Client Tax Advisory Manager
Job summary
A leading recruitment consultancy in Cambridge is seeking a Personal Tax Manager to join their advisory-focused team. This role entails advising high-net-worth individuals on income and capital taxes while working in a supportive environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical grasp of tax planning and experience with entrepreneurial clients. Hybrid working options are available, with a salary range of £60k-£70k plus benefits.

- Advise high-net-worth entrepreneurs and families on all areas of income and capital taxes.
- Work closely with Partners to develop technical and business development skills.
Skills
We are keen to speak to CTA qualified personal tax Managers and top-end Assistant Managers, who may be interested in a new, advisory-focused role in Cambridge.
- As a key member of a high-profile Private Client Tax team, you’ll advise HNW entrepreneurs, business owners, families, trusts and landed wealth on all areas of their income and capital taxes planning.
- You’ll work closely with respected Partners, developing your technical, managerial and business development experience in what is a friendly and supportive environment.
- The incoming individual will need to have a strong technical grasp of income tax, CGT and IHT planning for HNWIs (including the use of trusts), with experience of advising new-money entrepreneurial private clients.
- Experience of succession planning and / or international personal tax (FIG regime, residence etc) would be particularly valued.
The firm has adopted hybrid working and flexible hours, with homeworking possible 2-3 days a week. Salary will be dependent on experience, but is likely to be in the range £60k-£70k + bens.
