Job description, responsibilities and duties

Cambridge International School Bratislava is seeking an exceptional candidate for the role of Procurement Specialist. This multifaceted role involves improving supplier performance, mitigating contractual risk, delivering cost efficiencies, and overseeing the issuance of client contracts and management of communications regarding overpayments and overdue balances. Additionally, the specialist will perform analyses for the Head of Finance to support strategic financial decision-making and participate on budget and forecasts preparation and monitoring of the costs.

Some of the responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Procurement
  • recording orders & invoices into accounting system;
Fees (Clients)
  • participation on creating of new contracts for client;
  • communication with legal department regarding to overdue/unpaid fees;
Analytical procedures
  • cooperation on budget / forecast preparation & monitoring of the costs.
