Its mission is to ensure fair access to technology futures, underpinned by its DNA: to humanise technology, create a connection to place, and maintain a culture of belonging.

The Group comprises award‑winning specialist training divisions with a portfolio of bespoke programmes, professional qualifications, and apprenticeships. It holds approved training provider status with Microsoft, Amazon Web Services, and Google, is ISO 9001 accredited, and is rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted. To date, IN4 has worked with over 500 employers, engaged more than 2,000 schools and colleges, and upskilled over 6,000 people into tech jobs – 59% of whom are women and 37% from under‑represented groups. In the past three years alone, the Group has generated over £44 million in social impact, including £25.3 million in 2024 – a return of £3.88 for every £1 invested.

The MEGA Delivery Facilitator will play a key part in delivering high‑energy, engaging, and impactful sessions to young people aged 11–18 across MEGA Days, AI Academy activities, MEGA Scholarships, and wider outreach events. This junior role focuses on programme delivery, youth engagement, and supporting curriculum development, ensuring learners have positive, inclusive, and inspiring experiences across digital, cyber, and emerging technology themes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and energetic sessions across MEGA Days, AI Academy activities, MEGA Scholarships, and wider outreach initiatives for Key Stage 3 to Key Stage 5 learners.
  • Adapt delivery styles to suit diverse needs, including learners with SEN or those from disadvantaged backgrounds.
  • Bring enthusiasm, approachability, and real‑world context into the classroom to inspire young people’s interest in digital and tech careers.
  • Support senior delivery staff during large‑scale events, workshops, and interactive learning experiences.
  • Travel across the region to deliver in schools, colleges, and hub locations (full UK driving licence and vehicle required).
  • Use pre‑designed learning materials to deliver sessions confidently and effectively.
  • Provide constructive feedback to the curriculum team on content, learner impact, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Help prepare materials, resources, and equipment ahead of delivery.
  • Motivate, encourage, and empower learners from a range of socio‑economic backgrounds.
  • Help create positive learning environments and manage classroom behaviour effectively.
  • Promote social mobility by championing the opportunities available in digital, cyber, AI, and technology careers.
  • Build strong relationships with teachers, school staff, and partners, representing IN4 Group professionally and positively.
  • Provide additional support to schools and colleges participating in the MEGA programmes.
  • Work closely with the wider CyberFirst and MEGA teams to ensure smooth delivery and high standards.
  • Assist with resource setup, equipment management, and logistics for events and sessions.
  • Support the coordination and delivery of MEGA events and outreach sessions.
  • Ensure that safeguarding, professional standards, and internal processes are followed at all times.
Skills and Experience
  • Experience working with young people in schools, colleges, youth groups, or similar settings.
  • Highly organised, reliable, and able to manage delivery schedules across multiple locations.
  • Strong classroom management skills and confidence presenting to groups.
  • Experience delivering STEM, digital, coding, or technology‑related content (or the passion and ability to learn quickly).
  • Understanding of technologies linked to Cyber Security, AI, or digital skills (introductory level or above).
  • Basic comprehension of coding languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
  • High energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to be relatable and inspiring for young people aged 11–18.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptable and able to think on your feet, adjusting delivery in response to classroom needs.
  • Passionate about social mobility and supporting young people from a wide range of backgrounds.
Desirable
  • Experience delivering STEM outreach specifically at Key Stages 3 or 4.
  • Experience as a STEM Ambassador.
  • Experience creating content or resources for young people.
  • Teaching‑related qualifications or training.
  • Experience supporting events or workshops.
