A leading benefits consultancy in the UK is seeking a PMI Account Manager to handle a portfolio of clients and ensure outstanding customer service delivery. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Responsibilities include liaising with insurers, conducting client research, and managing client relationships. To keep up with our growth in the UK and Ireland, we’re looking for a dedicated PMI Account Manager to join our dynamic Employee Benefits team. As one of our PMI Account Managers, you will be responsible for looking after a portfolio of clients, providing administrative support and taking ownership of all areas of client service delivery, working to provide outstanding customer service.
