Role

We are looking for an AI Practitioner to join our growing team, specialising in Agentic AI autonomous systems capable of reasoning, planning, and collaborating with humans.

Ideal candidate: MSc/PhD or equivalent research and implementation experience in AI, machine learning, or related disciplines, who enjoys working across research, engineering and consulting.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy agentic AI systems that support autonomous reasoning and decision‑making
  • Collaborate with service designers, engineers and business analysts to identify and frame AI use cases
  • Prototype multi‑agent systems, reasoning engines and knowledge‑graph integrations
  • Implement and fine‑tune models for language understanding, decision automation and data insight generation
  • Evaluate and integrate open‑source and commercial AI frameworks into orchestration workflows
  • Ensure AI solutions are explainable, auditable and compliant with public‑sector governance standards
  • Advise on AI strategy, ethical use and adoption roadmaps for clients
  • Contribute to internal R&D, thought leadership and Cascis AI propositions

  • Proficiency in Python and popular AI/ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, Hugging Face)
  • Familiarity with LLM fine‑tuning, reasoning and retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) techniques
  • Experience integrating AI models into production systems or orchestration platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, ability to translate research into practical outcomes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, can explain complex AI concepts to non‑technical audiences

  • Work closely with founders – learn from experienced practitioners in a nurturing, hands‑on environment
