Serac Group is a fast-growing, innovative company transforming planning, construction, and AI-driven technology. We’re seeking a placement student in full-stack development to support our next phase of growth and gain hands-on experience building real products used across the industry.

In this role, you’ll work in a collaborative scrum environment, developing high-performance applications that power our industry-leading products: Planda Portal, IBex, Serac Tech, and Rafter. You’ll build intuitive UI components, implement scalable backend logic, and bring user stories to life through well-defined APIs and data models. Regular code reviews will ensure quality and accelerate your growth within our team.

• Understanding of NoSQL database technologies – Experience with databases like MongoDB, DynamoDB, or Firebase.
• Understanding of the Agile Manifesto and practices – Comfortable working in an iterative, fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of microservices and cloud infrastructure – Knowledge of scalable, distributed systems.
• Python – Proficiency in writing clean, efficient Python code.
• Experience within a startup environment – Adaptable, hands-on, and ready to take ownership.
