• Essential skills and experience for a level 2 role.
• Experience with homelessness, mental health, and substance misuse.
• Flexibility to work outside normal hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Youth Development Workers.
• Conduct case audits and manage a caseload of young people.
• Collaborate with external agencies on safeguarding.
