• Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent is a must.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Workshop team to deliver technical solutions promptly.
• Collaborate with the Front of House team for seamless service.
• Conduct daily huddles to keep the team informed and motivated.

Skills

Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent experience

Proven leadership and mentoring skills

Excellent communication and organisational abilities

Strong track record of meeting targets and building relationships

Experience with compliance standards and in-house systems

Valid driving license

Education
