Responsibilities
  • Log and manage incoming jobs.
  • Schedule engineers based on skills, urgency and location.
  • Book access with residents and agents.
  • Order and track materials, raise purchase orders.
  • Maintain communication with engineers and clients.
  • Upload certificates, photos and documents.
  • Prepare job packs for invoicing.
  • Update WIP dashboards daily.
  • Run jobs from start to finish.
Requirements
  • Strong administration or scheduling experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise in a busy environment.
  • IT competent (Simpro training provided).
  • Proactive and accountable work style.
  • Experience in maintenance, FM or building services.
  • Understanding of electrical/plumbing/EICR/Pat/LRA/HIU/MVHR/RAMS terms.
  • Previous scheduling or operations experience.
