A community organization in Birmingham is seeking a Property Services Manager to oversee office maintenance and support. Responsibilities include organizing room setups for meetings and managing cleaning staff. The ideal candidate should have experience in a modern office environment, knowledge of Health & Safety, and the ability to perform minor repairs. Pay: £40,730 per annum
Organise deliveries and set up rooms for meetings, including IT and telephone support.
Manage cleaning staff and contractors whilst on site.
Carry out minor maintenance tasks including changing lamps, minor repairs to fixtures and fittings, maintaining the efficient operation of the heating system, etc.
Responsible for any issues relating to the Car Park.
