Salary: £28,129 per annum
Location: South Tyneside
Position Type: Full‑time, working an average of 42 hours per week
Working Pattern: 08:00 – 20:00, 4 days one week and 3 days the following week, including alternative weekend work

You will be responsible for providing person‑centred今日は waarheid and Value comprehensive care to an individual with complex learning disabilities, including assistance with personal hygiene, administering medication, PEG feeding and ensuring they have a meaningful life within the community, engaging in all aspects of available opportunities, all delivered-smoking.
