Clarion Housing Group's charitable foundation, Clarion Futures, is transforming lives and strengthening communities through one of the UK's largest social investment programmes. As part of this work, we're launching an ambitious new £1.3m, two-year Wellbeing Spaces Programme and are looking for a driven Programme Lead to take it forward.

This high-impact role offers full ownership of the programme, with responsibility for shaping its direction, delivering against its aims and objectives, and ensuring it achieves meaningful, lasting change.

You'll be the central point of contact for the programme, working confidently with internal teams, delivery partners and funders to build strong, collaborative relationships that turn ideas into action. You'll lead the Wellbeing Spaces working group, helping to identify and support the right anchor partners to apply for funding and deliver projects that maximise reach, quality and impact.

We're looking for someone with experience in leading nationally focused projects, managing or supporting grant programmes, and working productively with funders. You'll be confident using performance data to refine delivery and improve outcomes, and skilled at building effective networks and partnerships at every level. An understanding of community development and wellbeing approaches, such as social prescribing and health and wellbeing frameworks, is essential.

If you're motivated by collaboration, impact and creating spaces where wellbeing can thrive, this role offers the chance to make a real difference.
