No day on the railway is the same, with over 500,000 customers travelling on our network weekly, our Welcome Hosts areCOMMITTEDto keeping our customers safe at the station and play a vital role in keeping the network moving seamlessly.

What are the essentials of the job?
  • Working with the On Board and Station teams to provide our Customers with a safe, relaxing journey in a welcoming, friendly and professional way.
  • Communicate effectively with On Board and Stations teams to create an amazing customer experience whilst being safe, always ensuring your own personal safety and that of others at all times.
  • Assist customers with their travel needs, ensuring concise and accurate information is provided.
  • Assist in duties at times of service disruption and emergencies ensuring that appropriate advice is relayed to customers.
  • Provide assistance and information to customers use your initiative and empowerment when finding solutions to customers and other people's problems.

If you are successful you'll be placed in a Talent Bank. Various contracts available.
