Position Overview

We are looking for a Welcome Host (Colleague Support Host) to help the team in place to ensure that this prestigious bank remains a trailblazer for positive visitor experience and service excellence.

Responsibilities

The role of the Colleague Support Host is to provide the highest level of client care and personal service to all stakeholders in the Clients’ business.

This involves reception, welcome services, hosting and answering queries related to the office space.

Working Hours & Compensation

Shifts: 40 hours per week, shifts between 7 am - 4:30 pm, from Mon‑Fri.

Salary: £28,305 per annum.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and exceptional attention to detail. They will be proactive, flexible and have a can‑do attitude.

The successful candidate must be able to engage with others to create rapport and be able to handle multiple requests simultaneously.

Previous experience in a customer service role or front‑of‑house role essential.
