You’ll be responsible for preparing and cooking fresh, well-presented breakfasts in a fast-paced but supportive environment, ensuring excellent standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction every weekend.

What you'll do
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality catering, vending, and hospitality services in line with dietary requirements, allergen controls, brand standards, and food safety regulations.
  • Manage financial performance by controlling costs and overseeing purchasing, stock, payroll, and reporting systems, including eProphit.
  • Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver excellent service, carrying out reviews, coaching, and performance management in line with company policies.
  • Maintain outstanding standards of hygiene, health & safety, and statutory compliance, ensuring all due diligence and food safety documentation is completed accurately.
  • Provide flexible operational support across the site, including covering holidays and sickness, attending training and meetings, and ensuring the security of facilities and company assets.
What you'll bring
  • Passionate about food and hospitality, with experience working in fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environments. Formal qualifications are not essential; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are key.
  • Confident using basic IT systems, with strong communication, time-management, and organisational skills.
  • Good knowledge of food preparation, allergen awareness, and food safety standards, with a consistent focus on quality and presentation.
  • A supportive team player who can lead by example, work well with others, and take responsibility for delivering high standards.
  • Reliable and resilient, able to work calmly under pressure, maintain attention to detail, and respond positively to feedback.
